Rhinoplasty is the most precious operation in aesthetic surgery and one of the most popular plastic surgeries in the world. This is because the nose occupies a central position on the face and plays an important role in shaping a person's appearance. Violation of the correct and beautiful shape, disproportionate size of the nose provoke not only an external defect, but also cause constant discomfort. Nose surgery can eliminate any congenital and acquired defects.

During the operation, in addition to the technological complexity of the work, our surgeons take into account the proportionality of facial features and the shape of the future nose. Thanks to the gentle technique of performing the operation using proprietary techniques, the nose remains smooth with a smooth skin surface. If necessary, the operation is performed in conjunction with an ENT specialist.
This allows us to solve two problems at once in one surgical intervention (for example, correction of a deviated septum and other problems associated with nasal breathing). Thus, we get not only an aesthetic result, but also a functional one.

In our clinic, we perform both primary rhinoplasty and secondary rhinoplasty, which is an operation after previously performed rhinoplasty to eliminate deformities or unrepaired defects as a result of primary rhinoplasty. In addition, reconstructive rhinoplasty is performed to eliminate defects of both congenital and acquired nature (after injuries).

Our many years of experience in performing such operations, proprietary suturing techniques and the use of various grafts are the key to a successful outcome. And thanks to the unique special method of physiotherapy developed by our specialists, in 1-2 weeks the patient gets rid of all visible signs of the operation (swelling and bruising). Our specialists help not only to improve the appearance, but also to correct the defects of the respiratory tract.

High-precision equipment in the hands of experienced surgeons is the key to the success of the operation.

Popular queries

How much can the shape and size of the nose be changed?

Due to the anatomical structure of the nasal and facial structures, the shape and size of the nose can only be changed within certain limits. If no excessive demands are made in advance, it is possible to satisfy all patients. It is very important not only to change the shape of the nose, but also to preserve the patient's individuality and harmony of the image.

During rhinoplasty, the incision is made either only from the inside of the nose - closed rhinoplasty, or two internal incisions are connected to each other in each part of the nasal septum - open rhinoplasty. The skin is detached from the underlying bone and cartilage tissue. In accordance with the objectives of the operation, plastic surgery of the bone and cartilage framework is performed and the skin is placed on a new skeleton. The operation is completed with the placement of tampons and the application of a special bandage-sticker. The scars remain invisible in both closed and open rhinoplasty.

At the end of the operation, a plaster sticker is applied to the nose, which is removed in 5-14 days. In most cases, tampons are placed in the nasal passages, which are removed 2-3 days after the operation. Also, bruising and swelling under the eyes may occur after the operation, which usually disappear by the time the plaster sticker is removed. During the first few months, there may be a decrease in the sensitivity of the skin of the nose and upper lip, then it recovers on its own.

The processes of tissue formation and restructuring usually take up to a year after rhinoplasty. Therefore, it is generally accepted that the final result of the operation can be assessed no earlier than this time.

In rare cases, due to swelling in the nose after surgery, there are difficulties and problems with breathing, which usually disappear within 3 months.
