In the field of aesthetic surgery, breast augmentation surgery is the most popular procedure today, which uses endoprosthetics with silicone implants. This surgery allows you to correct or completely change the shape of the breast.

The leading surgeon of Ukraine, Patlazhan G.I., uses the author's methods during operations, which were recognised by the world community of plastic surgery at a congress in Japan. The author's method eliminates the asymmetry of the mammary glands by one hundred per cent, excluding the re-occurrence of the problem, which is impossible with other methods.

We use only the most reliable implants in the world of the latest generation MENTOR, POLITECH, MOTIVA, manufactured in the USA and Germany, with a lifetime warranty on rupture of the shell and a ten-year warranty on capsular contracture (tissue compaction around the implant). The variety of implant shapes and sizes allows us to select the necessary implants for any complex anatomical situation, even with the most exclusive client preferences, we can achieve the best possible surgery result.

During the consultation with the surgeon before the operation, the client can try on special external sizers and feel and see the size of his future breasts with maximum accuracy, which will help to take into account all the client's wishes for the selection of implant sizes.

Popular queries

How long do breast implants last on average?

The standard lifespan of implants can vary from person to person and usually reaches 10-20 years after breast augmentation. Silicone implants need to be replaced for various reasons. In some cases, this is done at the request of the patient, in some cases, the shape of the implant deteriorates due to pregnancy or changes in body weight.

The final result can be assessed after about six months. The duration of the effect depends on the type of surgery, as well as on compliance with the doctor's recommendations during the rehabilitation process regarding exercise regimes, wearing compression garments, and weight control.

Patients who have crossed the threshold of 65 years of age are no more at risk of complications during breast surgery than younger patients. But at the same time, problems with blood coagulation can still be observed more often. It is not the age but the state of the body that is of primary importance, and this determines, in particular, the safety of anaesthesia.

The speed of recovery after surgery depends on many factors. The doctor will advise you on the optimal time to start playing sports, as the speed of rehabilitation will vary from patient to patient. The main rule is to refrain from training and exertion until the stitch has healed. The same applies to sun exposure.

Any excess breast tissue can be removed, creating beautiful breasts of a harmonious size. Breast reduction surgery leaves subtle scars, the same as a breast lift.
